Phone Usage —

There is a strict no use of electronics policy during the event. All electronic devices will be turned in at 5 PM on Friday evening and returned to guests Sunday afternoon upon checkout. There will be an emergency phone line provided to friends and family of the guest which will be monitored 24 hours in case the guest needs to be contacted for any reason.

Transportation —

We will all be meeting in Portland and a shuttle will be provided to take us to the coast. Each person is responsible for getting themselves to Portland and the location of the shuttle will be included in your confirmation email. During the weekend, you won’t need a car. We’ll be walking around the property and surrounding areas.
